Dear Mr Simm,
Thank you for your email to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Thames Valley, however it may assist you to know that the PCC is an independent body separate from Thames Valley Police (TVP) and is therefore not the head of the Force. All operational policing matters and decision are the responsibility of the Chief Constable of TVP who, in law, is operationally independent of the PCC. As such, we would not hold the requested information.
You may however, wish to complete a Freedom of Information Request directly to TVP. You may do this via the following email address [email address] or via the TVP website www.thamesvalley.police.uk.
I am sorry that I am unable to assist you further but trust that this clarifies matters.
