Pendleton Road (Redhill) Feasibility Study Weight Restrictions

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Surrey County Council,

This is in relation to previous FoI Request Reference: FOI-273934428 Date of request: 18/11/2020
Title of request: Pendleton Road (Redhill) Feasibility Study Weight Restrictions sent to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.

They advised they do not hold the information requested and I contact you at Surrey County Council.

Please can you publish and make available to the public any document in respect of the above Study which as I understand has been going on for some time.
Specifically please advise on:

(1) Timelines - when study commenced, expected study completion
(2) Aim and Objectives of Study - ie Terms of Reference
(3) Details of consultations between Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and 3rd party involved e.g residents, Highways England. This to include dates of meetings, minutes/agenda of meetings

It would be of public interest to see the progress on this matter which sadly has become something of a local issue for some time
Many thanks

Yours faithfully,

Mr M P Hay
