Dear Oil and Gas Authority,

Please treat this email as a request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, alternatively the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The original term of six years for PEDL190 commenced on 01/07/2008. Please confirm the Firm Work Commitment detailed in Schedule 3 of this PEDL was completed satisfactorily.

If the Firm Work Commitment was completed, please provide a copy of the licence holders notice required no later than 1st June 2014 under clause 4,-(1), quote "give notice to the Minister that he desires this licence to continue in force in relation to part of the Licenced Area ("hereinafter called the retained part")".

Please also provide a map/plan of the "retained part".

If no notice has been served under clause 4,-(1) of PEDL190 please reply that no notice has been served.
