Dear Oil and Gas Authority

Please treat this email as a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, alternatively the Freedom of Information Act 2004.

Your data centre publishes offshore licence relinquishment reports but I can not find relinquishment reports for surrendered or 'drill or drop' onshore licenses. If there is an online link pleases provide and thank you.

If there is no link then please explain why onshore PEDL/licence relinquishments are not provided to the public on your data site. Why are they treated differently to offshore licence relinquishments? What is your justification?

The last PEDL relinquishment that I am aware of is PEDL188. Please supply to me a copy of this PEDLs relinquishment report provided to you by the licence operator, Igas
