As part of my research please could you provide insight to the following questions.

What is the annual cost for licenses and support?
When is the renewal date?
Who is responsible for the contract?
Do you use any other PDF editing tools? If so please can you provide amount of licenses, renewal dates and annual spend.

Yours faithfully,
