Payments to Teachers' Pensions Agency in 2010/11
Dear Croydon Borough Council,
I should be grateful if you could
(i) Provide me with details of any ad-hoc payments made to the Teachers' Pensions Agency (TPA) in 2010/11, including the date of payment, amount of payment, the education establishment on whose behalf it was paid (eg name of school) and the purpose of the payment;
(ii) Whether any such payments are proposed in 2011/12, including amounts, the education establishment on whose behalf the payment would be made and the purpose of the payment.
In answering this request, I expect you to fulfil your section 16 duty.
