Payments to Contractors - Roles

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Liverpool City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

In your response to the following FOI question you have identified 7 contractors who were paid between £80k and £140k in 2011/12 :

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/pa...

These were listed by yourselves as follows :

1. £80,000 – £100,000 = 3

2. £100,000 – £110,000 = 0

3. £110,000 – £120,000 = 1

4. £120,000 – £130,000 = 2

5. £130,000 – £140,000 = 1

For each of these 7 contractors, please provide a brief description of the work undertaken.

Yours faithfully,

Jenny Griffin

Dear Mr Symm,

This is not the first time that your call logging system has let you down.

As noted in my previous email, the full history of this request is available at the following address :

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/pa...

I expect the original deadline to be honoured. Having a less than adequate IT system is not an exemption under the FOIA.

Yours sincerely,

Jenny Griffin

Dear Ms Griffin

Could you clarify what issue you are referring to when you mention our "call logging system" As I am sure you are aware we cannot accept requests for information via the telephone and as your issue is concerning an email I do not understand why you have mentioned this.

Regarding your email, as it still has not been received by the City Council I am still unable to log any request for information.

As I have previously stated, if you can forward the request to me I will ensure it is logged and acknowledged immediately

As we have still not received your email I would suggest this issue is taken up with the relevant website administrators as it they who are responsible for issues with emails and not the City Council.

Until we formally receive your request in writing I am unable to assist any further
