Payments for employers recruiting a JSA claimant

The request is waiting for clarification. If you are Spencer Gasson, please sign in to send a follow up message.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

What are the conditions attached to payments made by the DWP or JobCentrePlus to (a) recruitment consultants (b) employers for recruiting people who've been on JSA in relation to recruiting that person (eg minimum length they must be employed for)?

What circumstances would a payment be revoked?

If a claimant has concerns who should they contact?

Yours faithfully,

Spencer Gasson

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Thanks but have payments been made to employers and potentially recruitment consultants if people were appointed while on JSA?

Yours faithfully,

Spencer Gasson
