Patient feedback

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Nid oedd gan y wybodaeth y gofynnwyd amdani.

Dear Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust,

It is my understanding that your organisation sometimes conducts formal (or informal) consultations / surveys regarding visitors/patients to the Warneford Hospital in Oxford. It is also my understanding that visitor complaints / comments regarding parking access to the Warneford Hospital are frequently highlighted in the outcomes / findings of such consultations / surveys.

Please provide me with the outcome / findings of any such consultations / surveys that have formally circulated / compiled / evaluated in recent years. Depending on their frequency, I would ideally like the findings / outcomes of the last 10 consultations / surveys carried out. i.e. if they're carried out monthly, I would like to receive the last 10 months of monthly survey findings / outcomes. If they're carried out annually, i would like to recieve the last ten year's worth of consultations / survey findings /outcomes. If only a few consultations / surveys have been carried out, I would accept less - so long as I have a reasonable number, ideally to compare multiple findings.

If no such consultations / surveys have been carried out recently, please confirm this also.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Parnham

Dear Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Patient feedback'.

My original request was:

"It is my understanding that your organisation sometimes conducts formal
(or informal) consultations / surveys regarding visitors/patients to the
Warneford Hospital in Oxford. It is also my understanding that visitor
complaints / comments regarding parking access to the Warneford Hospital
are frequently highlighted in the outcomes / findings of such

carried out, I would accept less - so long as I have a reasonable number,
ideally to compare multiple findings."

And your response was
"The Trust holds no information in relation to this request."

I have shared your response to a member of a Warneford Hospital Public patient involvement (PII) group, who insists that such data is collected by a dedicated onsite PPI manager. Please review your response, focusing on data collected by PII personnal at the Warneford Hospital.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...
