Mr Mulholland
With reference to your recent email of Wednesday 9 August requesting information under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. As per section 10 of the Act, you can expect a response no later than 20 working days from the date of receipt of your request. We will reply to your request by 6/9/2017, at the very latest.

There may be a fee payable for this information. This will be considered and you will be informed if a fee is payable. In this event the fee must be paid before the information is processed and released. The 20 day time limit for responses is suspended until receipt of the payment. If there is a fee payable we will write to you again to let you know the process in this event.

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may prevent the release of the information you have requested. We will assess whether any of the exemption categories apply to your request (as per PART 11 of the Act) and if they do, or if there is a delay due to the application of an exemption we will contact you and keep you informed.

If any further assistance in this matter is required, please do not hesitate to contact me on email: [email address] or [CCEA request email]

Regards

air fare costs are for outside of NI.

To breakdown the information into the format of your request would require
each expense form to be located manually from the archive to determine the
exact location where the expense was occurred.

To complete this work would exceed the time/cost limit permitted under The
Freedom of Information Act.

We estimate that this work will take a total of 67 hours and a total cost
of £1,675.00.

If you wish to have this information provided to you, we will undertake
the work once we have received payment of £1,675.00
