Partnership agreement for redevelopment of Surrey Quays

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Southwark Council,

On Tues 13th March 2018, Southwark's Cabinet resolved to enter into a partnership agreement with British Land PLC for the redevelopment of the Surrey Quays shopping centre and printworks at Canada Water. Please provide me with a full copy of this agreement together with any appendices.

Considering the scale of this development, i.e. the vast amount of public land and resources at stake and the long duration of the scheme, it is clearly in the public interest for the Council's partnership with British Land to be fully transparent and accountable.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Jerry Flynn

Dear Ms Plewniak,

The Egress link you provided does not appear to work - it says 'link invalid or incomplete'.

Please re-send.

Dear Ms Plewniak,

It appears that you have re-sent the same invalid Egress link. Please either send a valid link or send the requested documents by email.

Yours sincerely,
Jerry Flynn

Plewniak, Martyna, Southwark Borough Council

Dear Mr Flynn,

Please note that I have not sent you an invalid link. I have sent the same response to you twice and you appear to have the same issue with it as I did when the agreement had been forwarded to me in the first instance.
This is likely to be due to an extremely large size of this file. Please also note that we are intending to publish the agreement on the council’s website at the same time. I will provide you with a link to it as soon as we have it available there.

Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience it may have caused and thank you for your patience.

Yours sincerely,

Martyna Plewniak
