Participation in the MIPIM 2014 event in Cannes

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Haringey Council,

I am asking for information regarding Haringey Council's participation in the MIPIM 2014 event in Cannes.

Please can you tell who attended on behalf of the Council?

Please can you confirm the dates of their stay and what meetings/receptions they attended? In the case of employed staff I would like to know how many working days were taken up by their attendance and see their official diary for that time.

Please can you confirm if Haringey Council's representatives were invited to attend by another organisation and by who if that is the case? I would like to see any invitation correspondence.

Please can you provide details of the purpose of Haringey Council representative being present at the event? Were any target outcomes set for the representatives and whether these were achieved? I would like to see any minutes of any Council meetings referring to participation in the event.

Please can you tell me whether there were consultants present at the event who were representing Haringey Council or undertook any activities relating to Haringey Council business? Were any consultant or agency costs incurred in supporting the representatives participation in the event?

I understand that the cost to Haringey Council was £16,000. Is this correct? Please can you provide a breakdown of these costs? I understand that the Council received £13,000 of sponsorship to support participation at the event. Is this correct? Please can you provide a breakdown of the sponsorship received from individuals or organisations.

As well as information on travel costs, hotel costs, personal expenses and the cost of registering for the event I would like to know if Haringey Council representatives had a budget for providing hospitality to other attendees.

I am happy to clarify any aspect of my request.
