Thank you for your FOI request.

West Lancashire Borough Council has a contract with Chipside Ltd. for Business Processing and Associated Hardware/Software Services in relation to parking enforcement which is due to expire on 5th October 2021, but with option of extending a further two years to a potential contract end date of 5th October 2023. Permits and contract parking are packaged within their Case Manager Software.

Questions 2 and 3 are not applicable to this Authority.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original enquiry and should be addressed to:
