Thank you for your FOI request.
West Lancashire Borough Council has a contract with Chipside Ltd. for Business Processing and Associated Hardware/Software Services in relation to parking enforcement which is due to expire on 5th October 2021, but with option of extending a further two years to a potential contract end date of 5th October 2023. Permits and contract parking are packaged within their Case Manager Software.
Questions 2 and 3 are not applicable to this Authority.
