1. What software do you use for Parking Enforcement (PCN issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?
2. What system do you use for cashless (pay by phone) parking and when does the current contract end?
3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement ( FPN issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?
4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets and when does the current contract end?

Dear Hartlepool Council,

 

1. What software do you use for Parking Enforcement (PCN issue and
processing) and when does the current contract end?

Currently Parking Gateway. In the process of upgrading to the Imperial
3sixty under a 5 year contract.

 

2. What system do you use for cashless (pay by phone) parking and when
does the current contract end?

RINGO – This is a joint contract involving all 4 Tees Valley Councils.
Middlesbrough Council is lead authority and currently looking to tender
for a 4 year contract

 

3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement ( FPN
issue and processing) and when does the current contract end?

Manual entries at present. Included as part of 3sixty system once
implemented.

 

4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets
and when does the current contract end?

Parking gateway – Permit smarti part of recently commissioned upgrade (5
year contract)
