Parking on campus

Dear University of Glasgow,

The University has recently started a review on parking on it's campuses. This looks to leave it's students who already have inadequate provisions even worse off, as well as the many staff who will also suffer.
Can the University please tell us
1. How much revenue per annum is collected from the present parking system that is in place, and where that money goes.
2. What would be considered an exceptional circumstance for a student to gain a permit.
3. [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations] and [name removed due to potentially defamatory allegations] were both issued parking permits bypassing the large list of students and staff who have been on a waiting list for years, why was this allowed and who authorised this.
4. Will the permits still be issued by security and if so will this be monitored for abuse.

Yours faithfully,

[name removed]
