I am writing in connection with your request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 for information relating to parking fines
issued in the Horns Lane Car Park since 25/01/17.  This was received on 20
March 2017. 

Your email gives the date of the change from the ANPR operating system to
Pay and Display as 25th January 2017.  May I respectfully point out that
the changeover was on 25th February 2017.  Our response will cover parking
fines issued in Horns Lane since 25th February 2017 unless we receive
confirmation from you to the contrary.

I have forwarded your request for information to Mr D J Pratt, Senior
Administrator in Parking Services, who will contact you shortly
if he requires any additional information in order to respond to your
request appropriately.  Mr Pratt will also contact you if he feels your
request may fall under a requirement for a fee to be levied regarding the
request for information this fee will need to be paid prior to the request
for information being answered. 

Every effort will be made to respond to you within 10 working days of
receipt of your request.  However, if because of the nature of your
request further investigations are necessary, we will respond within the
20 working day maximum entitled to us under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

I am writing in connection with your request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 for information relating to parking fines
issued in the Horns Lane Car Park since 25/01/17.  This was received on
20/03/17. 

You have asked:

"I request to know how many parking fines you have issued in the Horns
Lane car park in Princes Risborough since changing the parking system from
number recognition to pay and display on 25th January 2017.  How many
people have appealed this fine and had their appeal rejected."

I can confirm that Wycombe District Council does hold information falling
within the description specified in your request.  As noted in our
acknowledgement dated 21/03/17, the change of operating system within the
car park took place on 25/02/17.  We advised that we would take this as
the start date of your enquiry unless we were advised to the contrary, and
have received no contact from you.

Please find the relevant details:

31 Penalty Charge Notices were issued between 21/02/17 and 20/03/17.

Of these, 5 cases were appealed and rejected.
