Parking fines

We're waiting for Rebecca Weeks to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Sheffield City Council,
I am writing to request information regarding parking fines that occurred because someone was parked in a disabled bay and shouldn't have.
I would specifically like the information from any council run car parks from 2015-2018, and if possible the reasons why.
I would prefer the information to be in a table
Yours faithfully,
Rebecca Weeks

FOI, Sheffield City Council

Dear Rebecca,

Thank you for your recent request for information relating to Incorrect
Use of a Disabled Bay which we received on 09/11/18.

From January 2015 to end of October 2018 there have been 356 PCNs issued
to vehicles parked in a Sheffield City Council enforced car parks without
correctly displaying a valid blue badge. We cannot collate specific
information about the reasons (for example which were due to no badge,
which had an expired badge, which had the badge displayed the wrong way
round) without viewing cases individually as the system does not report on
this, and it would take more than the 18 hours we are obliged to spend
collating information to respond to an FOI request.  For this reason, the
information is exempt under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act –
exemption where cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limit –
