Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like you to disclose all the free parking roads in E10 that have not had CPZ enforced upon them. Along with information on the CPZ due to be enforced IN 2017 UNDER (MR) and the counts of those for and against CPZ.

Dear Waltham Forest Borough Council,

I am still waiting for a response you have recently enforced a CPZ on capworth st and areas we the residents refuse to cooperate if you cannot disclose we will not pay any permit charges or PCNS you have thus far failed to disclose any information the CPZ consultations and permit enforcement in WALTHAM FOREST IS A FRAUD AND SHAMBLES ! all permits in WALTHAM FOREST should be suspended! This lack of response will also be shared with the local and national media.
