Parking contract with NSL Ltd
Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,
I would like to make a request for the following information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
Could you please provide a copy of the contract for the provision of Civil Parking Enforcement Services in RBKC that was awarded to NSL Ltd for a period of 12 years from 1st July 2016 to 31st June 2028.
A copy of the contract, according to an audit assessment report published on 03/10/2017, is currently held by both Parking and Legal Services. I would prefer a digital copy of the contract.

which we received on 19 October 2017, for information held by the Council.
Your request is as follows:
“a copy of the contract for the provision of Civil Parking Enforcement
Services in RBKC that was awarded to NSL Ltd for a period of 12 years from
1st July 2016 to 31st June 2028”.
A copy of the Main (or parent) Civil Parking Enforcement contract is
attached.
Please let us know if you require the schedules listed in the contract. We
will need to consider the sensitivity level of records before they can be
released.
