Dear Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust,

Please provide details of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by the Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, or its agents on its behalf, at all sites including Fairfield General Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary, North Manchester General Hospital and The Royal Oldham Hospital.

Please list the number of tickets issued by site for each calendar year from 2008 through to 2018 (year to date). Please also include the total value (in GBP) of tickets issued, the total value (in GBP) of tickets paid, the total number of appeals lodged, the total number of successful appeals, the total number of refused appeals and the total value of tickets written off.
