1) why are cars not stopped from parking there all day when it's pedestrianised
2) how many cars have been ticketed in the last 5 years in both high streets
3) how many staff patrol these areas and what areas

4) top 10 roads in medway with most tickets issued - for each year over the past 5
5) top 10 roads of fine amounts - for each year over the past 5
6) how many cctv cars are patrolling medway
7) how many appeals and percentage of appeals won over last 5 years
8) breakdown of fines per ward over last 5 years
