Oxford PPE GCSE/ A level/ TSA/ Interview Scores for 2019 entry
Dear Oxford,
I am writing to request a spreadsheet which includes the following information for 2019 UCAS cycle PPE applicants:
1. An ID to distinguish the candidate (e.g. '1')
2. The GCSE grades of each applicant
3. The A level predicted grades of each applicant (if applicable)
4. The Domicile of each applicant (UK/EU/International)
5. The type of school the candidate applied from (state/ private/ other)
6. The TSA Section 1 score of each applicant (in grouped form, e.g. 49 or below, 50-55, etc.)
7. The TSA Section 2 score of each applicant (in grouped form, e.g. 49 or below, 50-55, etc.)
8. The individual interview scores of each applicant (if shortlisted)
9. The average interview score of each applicant (if shortlisted)
10. Whether that candidate has been offered a place, and if so, whether he/she was offered deferred entry.
Thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Brandon Freeman

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you very much for your reply.
However, it has come to my attention that the Applicant IDs are not consistent across the spreadsheet, i.e. ID no.1 corresponding to Domicile is different to ID no.1 corresponding to Interview scores- the Applicant IDs have been sorted according to the data in the last column of every worksheet. Please could this be amended, with the IDs made consistent throughout, and sent back.
Please note that even if IDs were made consistent, individuals would not be identifiable due to A level predicted and GCSE grades, TSA scores, etc being the same for multiple individuals.
I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Brandon Freeman
