Enquiries of this nature attract a minimum charge of £20 + VAT per
property. This fee is for the inspection of the Register which will
include one plain copy from the relevant Register.  Any additional plain
copies required will be charged at £16 +VAT.

 

In order to carry out a search we would need:-

 

A plan, showing details of street names and buildings, or other relevant
physical features, with the area in question highlighted in some way so
that we know both the location and the extent of the area of interest.

Where the search fee exceeds £75 + VAT we will require prepayment before
issuing the information.
