OWNERSHIP OF LAND TO REAR OF BOLTON CLOSE , FARNWORTH STREET AND GREGG'S BAKERY .

Regarding my original request , reference number 20210124-00060-1 that you should have responded to by 18th February 2021 ,and which you failed to respond to .

My subsequent request for an internal review of the situation on 19th February 2021 , reference number 20210219-00120-1 is now long overdue a response , and by law, under all circumstances, the Council should have responded by now .

Will someone from the Council please explain to me what the secrecy is , surrounding the ownership of the land and who is actually responsible for the triangular area of land in Fingerpost , that is
situated to the rear of Bolton Close , Farnworth Street and Greggs on Higher Parr Street ?
Or will someone please explain why you cannot supply me with that information in a timely fashion ?

For all land ownership queries please visit Her Majesties Land Registry
website. On the website you are able to create an account and search for
ownership detail of any property on record. HMLR will charge a fee of £3
for a title map, £3 for the Register and £7 for additional documents.

 

In relation to the queried property being a triangular piece of land
behind the retail stores on one side and residential premises on the other
sides, the Registered Proprietor is St Helens Council.
