I am looking for a list of Owners for all licensed properties,
pubs, bars, nightclubs and guesthouses in the Renfrewshire Council region.

Response:

I confirm that the Council holds the information requested but is refusing
your request, as set out under Section 16 of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002.   The reason for this refusal is under Section 25
(Information otherwise accessible) of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002.  The information requested is otherwise available via
