• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). You request details in respect to the
Output Print & Mail Fulfilment Programme:

You ask the following and I have responded below:  

 

What is the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?  

 

I have attached the published Output Print & Mail Fulfilment Statement of
Requirements, KPI’s / Service Levels and Service Credits to monitor
contract performance.  

 

Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages  

 

Three suppliers put forward a proposal - APS, WL/Paragon and CDS. APS &
WL/Paragon were shortlisted.  

APS was successful and awarded the contract.   

 

Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start
of the contract to the current date  

 

From 3^rd January 2023 to the current date is £2255068.83  

 

Start date & duration of framework/contract?

  

Contract start date 3 January 2023  

2 January 2025 with 6-months extension provision. 

 

Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given
to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?   

I have attached the Statement of Requirements.  

 

Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?  

There is a 6-month extension provision.    

 

Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed? 

No 

 

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?  

The name of the relevant decision-maker is withheld under section 40(2)
FOIA as it constitutes personal data. Personal data can only be released
if to do so would not contravene any of the data protection principles set
out in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Data
Protection Act 2018. The release of the requested personal information in
this instance would be unlawful, and not be in keeping with data
protection principles.
