Outcome of all banding pannels from 01/09/16 onwards

We're waiting for Garry Poynton to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust,

I would like to request the outcome details of all "banding
panels" (or similar named group within your Trust with assess,
grade and confirm pay levels for jobs within the Trust), covering
the time period of 1st September 2016 til today (08 th December
2016).

Details I request:

Date of Panel
New / Regraded Job (e.g. newly created post or existing post which
is being reviewed due to a change)
Job Title (e.g. "Outpatient Department Manager")
Job Category (e.g. Admin, Nurse, etc)
Pay Scheme (e.g. Agenda for Change, Medical and Dental, VSM, etc)
Pay band/rage (in standard ranges, e.g. AfC Band 6)

I am not seeking details of jobs advertise, used, filled, employed,
only that the jobs have gone before the panel and been assessed.
