NHS Coventry and Warwickshire ICB uses 1 provider -Practice Plus Group for
out of hours services for its geography within Coventry and Warwickshire,
see attached.
I hope this provides the information sought however please clarify if that
is not the case and we can progress a request for potential missing
information.
