Having made enquiries, I can confirm Lothian and Borders Police do not charge a fee to dispose of out-of-date firearms ammunition. This is a service provided under Public Safety. Therefore, Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 applies: Information Not Held applies to your request.
