In particular, it would be helpful to know what time period you would like us to look at regarding this information. complete it. To help us expedite this, can you please clarify what you
intended by “out of how many people who had a police intelligence record”.
This implies you are looking for the number of people with a police
intelligence record as well as the number of people who had other relevant
information disclosed by Disclosure Scotland on their certificate.

 

Please note that Disclosure Scotland does not hold information on the
overall number of people in the UK who have police intelligence records.

However, Disclosure Scotland does hold information on the number of
disclosure applications processed where we have made external enquiries to
police forces for information they hold on individuals.

 

When we receive this further information from you we will be able to

In particular, I asked you to clarify what you intended by “out of how
many people who had a police intelligence record”. This implies you are
looking for the number of people with a police intelligence record as well
as the number of people who had other relevant information disclosed by
Disclosure Scotland on their certificate.

 

Please note that Disclosure Scotland does not hold information on the
