REQUEST

Please can you provide the current organisational structure for ALL of the
INDIVIDUAL TEAMS and AREAS within Public Health.

Please ensure the following information is included:

1. The name of ALL DIRECTOR’S, HEAD’S OF SERVICE and SERVICE MANAGERS for
each of the above teams.

RESPONSE

Please note names of staff below Assistant Director level have been
redacted, as the information that you have requested is Personal Data, as
defined Section 1 Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). Public authorities are
not obliged to release personal data in response to requests under the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) because Section 40 FOIA defines personal
data as exempt information. In this case specifically at Section 40(2),
which refers to the personal data of third parties. We are therefore
unable to release this information to you.

I hope that this answers your enquiry. If you believe that the County
Council has not complied with the FOI Act in responding to your request,
