Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information requests made in relation
to information held by Pennine Acute Trust and Salford Royal Foundation
Trust. You have made two identical or very similar FOI requests and the
responses will both be dealt with in the same administrative process. You
will receive one set of correspondence dealing with both requests.

Requests for information from one of the Care Organisations making up
Pennine Acute Trust (Fairfield General Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary and
Community Service, The Royal Oldham Hospital and North Manchester General
Hospital and Community Services) are now processed from the Salford Royal
NHS Foundation Trust base of the Northern Care Alliance.

In accordance with Trust policy and the requirements of the Freedom of

is any reason why this period may extend beyond the period prescribed by
the Act.
