Organisational breakdown of highways and transport division

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Telford and Wrekin Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Please may I have the organisational structure for the Highways and transport department within your council; a breakdown of the individual divisions and team(s) within the mentioned department, including the name, titles and contact details including telephone numbers of all team members for each division as of the date response to this request.
Furthermore, could I have the details of any consultants or recruitment agencies your organisation has used to hire for contract and permanent roles in the last 6 months.

Thank you for your request for information received by us on 12 November
2018 asking for the following:

the organisational structure for the Highways and transport department
within your council; a breakdown of the individual divisions and team(s)
within the mentioned department, including the name, titles and contact
details including telephone numbers of all team members for each division
as of the date response to this request.

Furthermore, could I have the details of any consultants or recruitment
agencies your organisation has used to hire for contract and permanent
roles in the last 6 months.

The Freedom of Information Act requires us to provide this information to
you within 20 working days of receiving your request. Therefore we will
aim to respond to you by the 10 December 2018

However, if the information you request is subject to an exemption which
prevents us from releasing it, as defined by the Act, we will issue you
with a Refusal Notice together with your rights of appeal.  

There are circumstances where a fee may be payable by you to cover
administration costs (e.g. printing, copying, postage and packaging). If
this applies to your request we will issue you with a ‘Fees Notice’
requesting payment. The fee must be paid before the information requested
is processed and released. The 20 working day time limit for responding
to your request will be suspended until payment is received.

In the meantime, if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact
us, quoting the above reference number.

To enable us to process your request we require some clarification.

Please could you tell us, is your enquiry regarding transport owned and
operated by Telford and Wrekin Council in the Highways Services? Also
could you specify if your are requesting information on all vehicles?

Your request will be placed on hold for a maximum of 30 day or until we
received your clarification.

No I am not inquiring about the transport owned by Telford and Wrekin, merely the staff within this division. Again i am not interested in the vehicles used, only the staff.
