Furthermore, could I have the details of any consultants or recruitment agencies your organisation has used to hire for contract and permanent roles in the last 6 months.

Dear Cheshire West and Chester Council,

Please may I have the organisational structure for the Highways and
transport department within your council; a breakdown of the individual
divisions and team(s) within the mentioned department, including the name,

for each division as of the date response to this request.

Furthermore, could I have the details of any consultants or recruitment
agencies your organisation has used to hire for contract and permanent
roles in the last 6 months.

 

Response

 

Please find required organisational charts in attached documents. We have
included the job title of the employee but not the name and contact number
(see section 40(2) exemption below). It is also confirmed no consultants
or recruitment agencies were used to hire for contract and permanent roles
in the last 6 months.

You will note that some minor redaction of the personal data of Junior
Council employees has been applied.

The Council considers that the information is exempt from disclosure under
subsection 40 (2) FOIA and other ICO guidance which states that personal
data of junior Council employees and other third parties attracts an
absolute exemption from disclosure and that such requests must be dealt
with under the General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR") 2018.

The Council considers that your request has been answered in full by
either confirming that information is not held, providing you with the
information requested, or explaining why any information has been withheld
