We must advise that requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(‘the Act’) are requests for information held by an organisation rather
than a set of questions. Under the Act, there is no requirement for a
public authority to write/produce information in order to provide a
response. However, we are keen to assist and so have responded to your
questions outside of the Act.

The Institute uses SOP, an Oracle solution /platform provided to us by
SSCL. However, the related contract is between SSCL and the Department for
Education (DfE).
2. If so, what version are they currently running on and
The Institute does not hold information in relation to this question.
3. Which modules are you using?
The Institute does not hold information in relation to this question.
4. Are you planning to upgrade in the next 12-18 months?
Yes, from 30 April 2020 the Institute will not be using SOP.
5. Do you have plans to move to a SAAS model?
Yes.
6. Do you have plans to migrate our current ERP to a cloud Solution?
Yes.
7. Do you run Oracle Databases?
No.

above)
