Dear Derbyshire Constabulary,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Derbyshire Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Operation Trek'.

You have chosen not provide no information requested due to "Excess Fees". However, although this was a large request parts of the request such as, who is in charge of this operation, should be easy to answer.

You have indicated that searches have located some information relevant to my request. You could provide the information already you have already located and fulfil part of the request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o...

Yours faithfully,

Lewis Foxhall
