Please also state the date that the advice was provided and by whom.

We note that this request follows your recent request to one of our
fitness to practise panels for disclosure of documents during the course
of the fitness to practise hearing. Could you please clarify whether you
are seeking disclosure of any advice given to the NMC in relation to that
request, or whether you are asking for disclosure of any advice received
by the NMC in relation to the Guardian case at the time that it was
reported in 2012?
