Dear The Riverside Group Housing Association,

According to your FAQ for the proposed regeneration of 'Lambeth estate':

"It’s important that we make the most of our resources so that we can provide the best homes and services for our customers. By investing in ongoing repairs and maintenance, we’re not dealing with some of the longer-term issues at the Lambeth estate. We believe it may be better to replace existing homes with new ones."

In the interest of fulfilling your transparency statement, "provide information about how we are governed, our finances and how we achieve value for money" https://www.riverside.org.uk/transparenc... Can you please provide evidence that demolition and rebuilding is better value for money than maintaining and repairing the existing buildings?

Specifically, can you detail all rental and service charge income for Lambeth Estate for the past six years.

Please also supply all repairs costs for the past six years, including responsive repairs, major works, cyclical maintenance, and technical services. Please provide totals and a breakdown under all summary headings such as drainage, carpentry, external works.

Yours faithfully,

Matt Reynolds
