Old Bailey and the subject's of Queen Elizabeth II

The request was refused by Ministry of Justice.

To whom it may concern,

1.) Is the City of London a separate jurisdiction to England? (yes/no)

2.) If yes, why do we send people from England to the Old Bailey for trial? Is this not akin to France sending people to Monaco, or Italy sending people to Venice?, China sending people to Hong Kong?

Godspeed

HMCTS Customer Service (Correspondence),

Thank you for your email of 30 November.

The City of London is not a separate jurisdiction to England and Wales.
The Central Criminal Court - the Old Bailey – deals with cases from
Greater London and can also accept any cases sent  from anywhere in
England and Wales.

To Christine Worsley,

Are you saying that the City of London defines the jurisdiction of England and therefor is the same?

Yours sincerely,

Anthony Smith

To Christine Worsley

By asking me to seek legal advice are you saying that there is a legal arrangement in place for one's previous question?

Best wishes,

Anthony Smith
