Dear The Financial Conduct Authority,

You took over regulation of the consumer credit industry from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) on 1 April 2014. The OFT previously had a register of its consumer credit licensees, detailing the years its licences were active. I'd like to know if this register was passed to the FCA when it took over regulation (or to its predecessor, the FSA), and if so, whether I could be provided with a copy.

More specifically, I'm looking for details of consumer credit licensees, and the start and end of their licences, from 6 April 2007 until the end of the OFT's regulation on 31 March 2014.

Yours faithfully,

James
