Good morning,

Would it please be possible to give me a break down of the following information. Please could all information be given per year for the last 4 financial years

1 - Number of incidents that have been attended by Aylesbury station overall.

2 - The overall number incidents that have been attended by Mark Jones (CFO).

2.A Overall number of Incidents that the CFO car has been utilised for when used my others.

2.b The cost of any modifications made to any cars assigined to the CFO to enable an emergancy responce.

3 - Number incidents that have been attended by Jason Thelwell(DCFO).

3.A Number of Incidents that the DCFO car has been utilised for when used by others.

Dear Mr Henderson,

 

Further to your request for information about officers cars.  I can
confirm that Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Services has completed its
search for the information requested and answer as follows:

 

1 The number of incidents that have been attended by Aylesbury station
overall in the last four years is outlined in the attached spreadsheet.

 

2 - The overall number incidents that have been attended by Mark Jones
Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive.

Please see response to your request 1032 (attached).

 

2A Overall number of Incidents that the CFO car has been utilised for when
used my others.

 

Please be advised that this information is not held.   Section 16 of the
Freedom of Information Act  (FOIA) places a duty on BFRS, as a public
authority, to provide advice and assistance to individuals making requests
for information under the FOIA.  However, on this occasion I am unable to
provide further advice or assistance as BFRS does not hold the information
that you have requested I cannot think of any alternative information that
could assist you.  I am happy to discuss this further if you would like to
call me on either of the telephone numbers below.

 

2.b The cost of any modifications made to any cars assigned to the Chief
Fire Officer/Chief Executive to enable an emergency response.

Please see response to three b below.

 

The cost of modifying cars for the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive and
the Chief Operating Officer was £2211.58 + VAT per car.

 

3 The number incidents that have been attended by Jason Thelwell Chief
Operating Officer in the last four years is outlined in the attached
spreadsheet.

 

3A Please see response to 2A above.

 

3.b The cost of any modifications made to any cars assigined to the CFO to
enable an emergency response.  The cost of modification for the CFO’s and
COO’s car was £2211.58 + VAT per car.
