Dear Thames Valley Police,

Please supply me with officer and staff conviction data broken down as follows:
The number of staff and officer convictions, for the years of 2008 and 2018 (Jan 1 - Dec 31 of both years) listed by the year of conviction, the offence and the outcome.

If your records do not go back as far as 2008 then I will accept the earliest year you have records for after 2008 and 2018 (the years between are not being requested).

Yours faithfully,

Daniel Elliott

Dear Mr Elliott

please could I ask you to consider the following:

·         Please confirm whether you are asking for the convictions in
these two years received by current employees only or by employees who

from you within 20 working days then I will consider the request to be

Dear Public Access,

"Please confirm whether you are asking for the convictions in
these two years received by current employees only or by employees who
were employed at the time (which would also include employees who have
since left the organisation)."

I am asking for information on any officer or Police staff member who was employed during the times I have asked for, this would obviously include those who could still be employees and those tho may have left after the dates asked for.

Hope this helps

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Elliott

Dear Public Access,

I am indeed asking for information on employees who were employed at the time (which would also include employees who have since left the organization).

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Elliott
