Dear Mr Taylor,
I am responding to your request for information made on 11 October. You requested:
1. The Office of Surveillance Commissioners Inspection Report
April/May 2010 (excluding the Appendix containing personal
information) along with any formal correspondence with The Office
of Surveillance Commissioners following that report eg. providing
assurances recommendations have been acted on.
I attach the Inspection Report, excluding the Appendix. I also attach the covering letter sent with the report and the Chief Executive's reply. There is no more correspondence with the OSC relating to the report. (I have blocked out the signatures in the report and covering letter but have printed the names of the signatories.)
2. The dates of any Office of Surveillance Commissioners
Inspections held since May 2010, or currently scheduled.
There have been no inspections since May 2010 and none are currently scheduled.
You are entitled to ask for a review of this response. A request for a review should be addressed to
