Off-Street Car Park data

The request was successful.

Andrew Pritchard

Dear Cornwall Council,

1. Please provide a list of all Car Parks that are managed/operated by Cornwall Council (CC) in any capacity; but CC do not own the freehold.

The list should include, but not be limited to car parks leased by CC or operated under a 'Service Level Agreement' (SLA) with the landowner (be it a private individual/organisation or a Parish/Town Council).

For clarity, please provide details of the arrangement in place for each Car Park e.g. is the car park leased to CC or are you operating under a SLA.

2. Please provide a list of all CC managed Car Parks that have been earmarked for devolution to the respective parish/town council or indeed a private individual/organisation.

3. Please provide a list of all Car Parks that have previously been managed/operated by CC in any capacity; however, have now either had the SLA cancelled, the lease terminated or been devolved to the respective parish/town council.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew Pritchard

Andrew Pritchard

Dear EGD - Freedom of Information,

Thank you for your response.

Further to your query in relation to question 3, a timeline was not detailed in my query; therefore, it should be a given that the query relates to ALL data.

Cornwall County Council was only formed in 2009, and I do not imagine that there is a huge number of incidences of this nature; therefore, I would be grateful for as much data as possible.

To reiterate, I require as much data a reasonably practical dating back to the formation of Cornwall County Council.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Pritchard
