Dear Southampton City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Southampton City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Oceanvillage Hotel Building Site Noise Complaints'.

I am aware that the council has received noise complaints in relation to the construction site in January 2016, but that was not informed on your response. I request a formal investigation into why the council has omitted information from their FOI response. Please ensure that the investigation includes Planning dept, Customer Services dept, Environmental Services Dept, Out of Hours Services dept and databases/softwares shared amongst those departments in order to record, action and update issues reported by members of the public.

Please specify which databases are shared between the departments so everyone is aware of issues and ensuring that issues reported are dealt with effectively without a member of the public having to call each and every department to get things sorted.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o...

Regards

D Rothschild
