Thank you for your request for information from Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys
NHS Foundation Trust in relation to Autism and observation levels.

 

In answer to the questions that you have asked I am responding as Tees,
Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust and not specific to any
location.  All policies and procedures in place are in place for the Trust
as a whole and not an individual locality.

 

I can advise that the Trust does not hold any case studies for people with
autism.

 

In terms of observation levels.  The policy for  clinical risk assessment
and management within the Trust can be found by accessing the following
link on our website  [1]policy.  There is no separate policy for
observation levels.  Staff do not receive any specialist training within
regard to observations.
