Dear [email address],

I would like the figures for 2020 and 2021.

If there are multiple policy changes in regards to Ivermectin, please could you provide a copy of the change log which identifies these changes.

Given you imply the trust position has changed over the course of the pandemic I would be particular interested in highlighting :

If / when it was forbidden.
If / when it was granted on discretionary / compassionate grounds
If / when it was approved for early stage treatment
If / when it was approved for late stage

and the respective policy.

Thanks

Dan

The email was intended to state that any figures, in general, held on our

We will respond to your request in due course.
