legal professionals during the financial year 1/4/16 to 31/3/17.”

Thank you for your request for information from the Nursing and Midwifery
Council (NMC). Your request was received on 7^th November 2018 and dealt
with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI Act).

 

              You asked:

 

                             ‘1 - How many lawyers were working on a
temporary (agency) basis at the organisation on Monday 3rd September 2018?

                             2 – What was the total spend by your
organisation on temporary (agency) legal professionals during the

Response

 

Q1  4 Lawyers (2 Investigations lawyers and 2 Lawyers) were working on a
temporary basis at the organisation on Monday 3^rd September 2018.

 

Q2  £8.4k was spent by the NMC on temporary legal professionals during the
financial year 1/4/16 to 31/3/17.
