Dear Mr Russell,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Act request received on the 9
February, regarding ultrasound devices.

You asked NHS South East Coast, the strategic health authority (SHA) for
Kent, Surrey and Sussex, to provide the following information:

* How many ultrasound devices are in use within the NHS South East
Coast region

NHS South East Coast does not hold the information that you have
requested.

You will need to contact each of the local NHS trusts within the region
for information about the ultrasound devices that they have in use.

Details of the local NHS trusts within the NHS South East Coast region
are available on our website at
http://www.southeastcoast.nhs.uk/localnh...

I hope this information is helpful, but if you are unhappy with this
response please let us know, giving your reasons. It will then be
considered by one of our executive directors who will respond in
writing. This letter will also include details about how to contact the
Information Commissioner.

Yours sincerely,

Sarah Whitehead
