Number of 'social rent' units in Blackwall Reach

We're waiting for Nicholas Thoburn to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Swan Housing Association Limited,

I write to request the planned number of 'social rent' housing units in the Blackwall Reach development in Poplar.

The information sign on the site states that of the 1,575 new homes, ‘half will be social rent and shared ownership’, but it is the specific number of 'social rent' that I request.
